I trained in traditional Thai massage and head massage, always with the aim of deepening the connection with oneself. Stimulating the body, helping it to regenerate and relax.

Thai massage is inspired by Chinese and Indian medicine (acupuncture pressure with the thumbs, kneading and stretching… pressure adapted to each individual). It is practiced with loose clothing, without oil, on the floor on a futon.
It stimulates the lymphatic and circulatory systems. It boosts the immune system and recharges your energy. It frees the body and mind.

Cacao is a plant that inspires, brings people together, and opens and soothes the heart. It is a unique plant that knows exactly where it needs to settle to help you on your journey.

When you drink cacao, it takes about 20 minutes for its effects to settle in the body. I always offer an experience during this time. On this day, it will be a journey with the energy of the pink rose: I will guide you to encounter it in various forms that will engage all your senses.

The pink rose speaks to us of opening the heart, of self-love, of love for others and for life, which comes through the love we give to ourselves.
It is in our nature as women to care for life, within us and around us; this is part of our balance.

The union of rose and cocoa:
The rose is linked to the heart and connects us to Love. Its scent is reassuring and enveloping.
Cocoa also carries this frequency of unconditional love and connects us to Mother Earth.

A true rite of passage is available to you, here and now. No experience is necessary. Just listen to the call.

A space for transition, a journey of self-discovery. Much more than an object, you will give birth to your drum.

Course schedule
– Arrival on Friday afternoon: welcome, introduction to the venue, opening ceremony.
– Saturday: connecting with the skins and frame, weaving and transmission, as well as anything else that may arise in the service of life.
– Sunday: end of weaving, mallet, consecration ceremony, if drying and time allow, drum circle or shamanic journey.

Materials
Different circles and types of wood will be available (diameter 40–45 cm): chestnut, beech, mulberry, ash, rosewood…
Different skins: deer, buffalo, horse, goat, camel…
The choice will be made by blind draw: you do not choose the drum, the drum chooses you. This is a deeply symbolic process, beyond mental projections.
Depending on your draw and the availability of skin remaining after the circle has been cut, it will be possible to weave with skin or coloured fabric.
